Pool club FAQ
1. Do i need to reserve a spot in advance?
No, access is drop-in only. Simply arrive during a time slot and enjoy your stay. However, once a session is full (90 guests), you may need to wait for the next slot.
2. How do the time slots work?
You can enter at any time within a slot, but everyone must leave before the break period begins. There is no access between time slots, ensuring hotel crew has time to clean before the next group enters.
3. How many times can I enter per day?
There’s no limit – you can attend multiple slots as long as space is available.
4. What happens if the pool is full when I arrive?
If the session has reached capacity (90 guests), you can either wait for the next slot or return later.
5. What happens if I enter just before a time slot ends?
You are welcome to enter, but you will still need to leave when the session ends.
6. Why are 20 spots reserved for SkiStar Lodge guests?
SkiStar Lodge guests need to walk to reach the pool, while Fyri guests have direct access. These 20 reserved spots ensure Lodge guests are not turned away during peak periods.
7. Can SkiStar Lodge guests still enter after the 20 reserved spots are taken?
Yes, Lodge guests can enter as long as there’s available capacity. The reserved spots guarantee access during busy times, but they are not a limit on overall access.
8. Can I bring my own towels or drinks?
Towels are provided. Outside food and drinks are not allowed, but the bar offers a selection of snacks & beverages.
